Give some consideration to the function of the spaces. Ie what are the three cylinders doing, what kind of rooms are they, what will the client be doing inside, how does materiality come together.
The caged structure and its surrounds are heading towards a more architecturally considered form while the above spaces is starting to look - literally - like an engine. Now its time to stand back and think about the architecturalisation of this form and its materiality. Have a look at (and blog!) the older works of Shin Takamatsu to prompt your approach in thinking about how you might blend in the literal and the architectural in relation to the "engine".
